Great friendly staff, that helped make the entire process be nice and smooth. Place was also very peaceful and quiet with lots of good eating places nearby as well as shopping stores.

Staff promptly switched us to a different room they did not have the sewer gas smell, a problem that area of Pachuca was dealing with. Breakfast staff was extra cordial. Manager visited during our breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Swimming pool was very warm and pleasurable. Though not the hotels fault, this particular area of town did not have too many restaurants or sites to see within walking distance.

The hotel is not new but staff are super attentive and kind. Beds are really comfy, the room has blackout curtains and the hotel is really quiet so we really got to rest.
